About me

I am an Ecologist and Carbon Cycle Scientist who assembles and leads teams of scientists conducting research, teaching, and public outreach; and logistics personnel operating base camps, laboratories, and field sites.  I have extensive field experience in the North American Arctic-boreal zone, Amazonian forests, blue water and coastal oceans, and Caribbean coral reefs.

My expertise includes:
